Answering 50 Atheists Pins

Good day my fellow humans, I hope that you are all doing well in spite of this Coronivirus Pandemic. For this article I thought that I would address some of the arguments that I found on pinterest in support of evolution or rather mocking Christianity/religion in general. I suppose that I got these in my feed because I saved some anti Christmas pins in my refuting false religion board, I guess Pinterest doesn't understand that one can be pro Christian but anti Christmas. I chose an Ostrich for this meme because Atheists like the Ostrich lack wisdom (Job 39:13-17), the difference between them however is that Atheists choose to be unwise.  Anyway lets get to addressing these pins/and/or Atheistic arguments.






1. If the Sun was made on day 4. How in heck did four days already pass?
Oh, so are you telling me that people in Alaska only exist in time half the year since the other half of the year they don't see sunlight? (Rev 21:23)

2. Isa_45:7  I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
The problem the reader/skeptic faces about this passage is they misinterpret evil to mean that the Lord causes sin or is sinful. Evil in this passage could be referring to God bringing disaster or war on those that rebel against him.

3. At least science doesn't cause you to burn people at the stake for not believing in what you believe.
Neither does Christianity, you would be referring to the inquisition which was a Catholic thing not Christian. Nohwhere in the NT would you find any scripture that would justify that behavior. On the other hand this type of behavior of killing innocent people is consistent with Evolution. See church of Euthanasia, Hitler, Mao-Ze Dong, Jozef Stalin, (and many more in the link below). Atheistic communist regimen killed millions of people because of their godless ideology. (Luke 9:54-55)

4. No Gods - No Masters
Exactly, this is the real motivation why people claim to be Atheists, it's not an intellectual reason but Moral. They don't want God telling them not to Fornicate, watch Porn, get High or Drunk, etc.

5. How did  Kangaroo's migrate from the ark to Australia?
I'm gonna say land bridges (that the sea level was lower back when they migrated there). Although they could have been brought over by boats, similar to how horses was introduced to the America's or how gorilla's and peacocks were brought to King Solomon (1Kings 10:22). 

6. Why did God make a forbidden tree?
God had to give man an option to sin or else man wouldn't have free will and therefore couldn't truly love God. (James 1:12). 

7. You believe a book that has wizards, dragons, and unicorns to be real.
Dragons are dinosaurs and thus aren't considered fiction, Unicorns are rino's so they are still alive today, and concerning magicians, if you deny the supernatural then you have no explanation for the creation of the universe since Nature cannot create itself or else it would have had to pre exist before it existed which is a contradiction. (1 Cor 1:20)

8. Pins that say the bible promotes slavery.
KJV talks of Servants not slaves. slave appears only once to my knowledge in the KJV. To answer this issue briefly I will just state that Hebrew servants were to be released the seveth year, rested on the sabbath, kidnapping was punishable by death, and the servitude was voluntary, usally to pay off debt or escape famine, etc. They didn't have foodstamps back then. (Col 4:1)

9. The famous 3 monkeys picture, Religion see no evidence, hear no contradictions, speak no facts.
If evolution had evidence and facts why is most the evidence in support of their theory based on doodles and not real life examples? There is a ton of evidence in support of Christianity such as the agreement of NT text, Secular Sources for the existence of Christ, Archeological finds, Scientific laws such as biogenesis, information, and Causality, biblical scientific foreknowledge and fulfilled prophecy, and the fact that the disciples gave up their lives for their beliefs, why would they do that if they are lying about the resurrection ? (Act 1:3)

10. You don't need religion to have morals.
This is because God has written them in your heart via your conscience. You need God in order to have justification for objective moral values, or else what's right and wrong is just your opinion, that is if man is the highest standard. (Jer 17:9). 

11. Mat 7:21, Rom 10:13, contradiction?
Not a contradiction because those people in Matt. 7 may have called Jesus Lord with their lips but not their actions, see Mar 7:6.

12. Good news we don't have to operate on you no more because the prayers of your family healed you, said no doctor ever.
Firstly, you would have to be God to know that. Secondly, there are innumerable accounts of people being healed by having loved ones praying for them, your worldview blinds you from receiving the truth. (James 5:15). 

13. Remember the part in Deuteronomy where satan told them to eat their children or they will suffer diseases, oh my bad it was the Lord that said that.
How do you misinterpret this chapter so poorly? God explained to the Israelites that if the people refused to walk after his commandments then he would send all kinds of evils on them. And if they refused to hearken time and time again, eventually they would have to eat their children as a result of the siege that came upon them for their disobedience (Deut 28). 

14. Atheism defined as a rejection of belief in deities based on science, freedom, and logic. Religion defined as faith without evidence based on myths, miracles, guilt and fear.
Both of these definitions are inaccurate, Atheism is the belief that there is no God, Evolution is a religion not science (inasmuch as it's core beliefs contradict scientific laws). Faith is not belief without evidence aka blind faith, but rather as William Lane Craig defines it "Faith is trusting in what you have good reason to think is true"   Here are a few Scriptures to illustrate my point (Hos 4:6, Joh 14:11, 1Pet 3:15). I think Eph 4:18 perfectly describes Atheists of our day.

15. Hard to be religious when you visit children's hospitals.
Why is dying children a bad thing according to your world view. If we are just animals (not made in God's image) with no more worth than an ant. Shouldn't human population die down to make way for other species? Shouldn't your focus be on yourself if this is the only life you got, and why show compassion if all life on earth is going to just go extinct forever eventually? So none of it really matters in the end, right? (Rom 8:22-24). 

16. (Pic of God holding a person over a barrel of fire saying) Tell me that you love me, and mean it!
God is the personification of goodness. If you don't love him, you don't love goodness. If you reject him God won't force you to be happy, so all that you are left with is an existence void of goodness (i.e. suffering). (Eze 33:11). 

17. Athiesm is when you read the bible yourself, Christianity is when you have someone read it for you.
I can attest to the inaccuracy of this claim. I have personally read the bible from front to back many times (probably 20 - Thirty some times) or more. If anything it has strengthen my faith in Christianity, especially when compared to the other world religions including Evolutionism.

18. God forgives repentant murderer but not moral atheist?
There is no such thing as a moral atheists, this is because our standard of morals is very low when compared to God's standard. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Rom 3:23). You have a pride issue if you think that you are better than a repentant murderer. Are you telling me that you never hated someone in your heart? (Rom 3:10, Jam 4:6).

19. All religion is man made because if God made it there would be no diversity.
Your not factoring in the fact that man has free will and therefore can make up whatever religious stories he wants, aka lie about things such as the afterlife, god's/goddesses, morals, creation, etc. This doesn't mean however that the truth isn't out there and that God hasn't provided a way for us to know him via his creation and revealed word. (Psa 106:39, Ecc 7:29).

20. God doesn't stop a natural disaster, he is either impotent, evil, or imaginary.
False dilemma! God doesn't want to stop the disaster not because he is evil but because he is just and punishes the wicked. (Nahum 1:3).

21. If God's love is unconditional then why is there a hell?
God's love is unconditional but that doesn't mean that he approves of everything that you do. He only meant hell to be for the angels that sinned, you choose to go there. (Mat 25:41).

22. Science bases it's views on what's observed, faith is denial of observation so that belief can be preserved.
Evolution isn't science. No one has ever seen one animal change into another or life come from non life. On the other hand 500+ people seen the risen Jesus at one time (1 Cor 15:6). 

23. Did God create hell? yes, Did he create the rules of the universe including the criteria by which souls are judged? yes, does anything happen outside his will? no, then God forces people to go to hell.
This is Calvinism, a false doctrine.

24. How the *&%$ did Jesus find guys named Peter, James, and John in the middle east?
Those names were English translations of Hebrew names.

25. Your God is just like Thor and Odin.
Except my God is way more powerful since he made everything, way more smarter since he knows everything, and actually real since he is an actual historical figure who demonstrated that he was God through his many miracles, and many polytheistic gods had a beginning and therefore were not a sufficient cause for the creation of the universe. (1 Chro 16:26).

26. In what context does a 969 year old man, a talking donkey, and plunging a sword into the heart of infants seem logical to you?
In the context that the earth's was different prior to the flood, and human genetics was more pure In the past. That naturalism is logically absurd, and that you can't use one verse to say that the bible promotes infacide because it doesn't. 

27. If your religion requires you to hate someone, you need a new religion.
Agreed. 
Christianity- Love your neighbor, enemies, husband, wife, children, and most of all God.
Atheism- Hate women via promiscuity (marriage is God's idea), this causes abortion, STD's, fatherlessness. 
Islam- Kill apostates, Rape captured women, Violently subjugate the world, Lying's Ok sometimes.
Hinduism- Worshipping idols instead of God, Indifference to human suffering due to Karma and because humans aren't better than animals according to their ideology. 

28. Homosexuality isn't a choice, Homophobia is.
The first statement is a lie, people can choose to repent of their sins and be born again, God will then give them a clean heart with new desires so that they love that which is just, and pure, and holy. There are many testimonies of ex-gays, porn addicts, drunkards, etc (1Cor 6:11). Christian are not homophobic, they instead posses the fear of the Lord and want gays to turn and be reconciled to God so as to be saved. We don't hate gays, we hate their sin. 

29. The bible: even more incest and violence than game of thrones.
Even if that were true, moot point since violence/incest is condemned in scripture.

30. Deu_23:2  A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD. What about Jesus?
A bastard is someone who doesn't have their father's presence in their life. Jesus' Father is God, God is omnipresent. Therefore Jesus wasn't a bastard. (John 8:29). 

31. God is the best social distancing champion.
Let's talk about that. He is not far from every one of us (Acts 17:27-28), draw nigh to God and he will draw nigh to you (James 4:8), the proud he knows afar off (Psa 138:6), he indwells believers (Joh 14:23, 1 Cor 3:9), Jesus touched lepers/sick (Mat 8:2-3, Luke 4:40).

32. Genetics prove the adam and eve story to be impossible, without adam and eve there would be no original sin, no original sin = no need for Jesus, game over.
Genetics prove humans couldn't have been around for millions of years via dna mutation accumulations, no millions of years no evolution, game over. 

33. I'm a devout follower of who the bleep am I to tell someone what to do with their life, you should try it.
Self contradicting. Same as those who tell street preachers not to judge while judging them. (Mat 7:5, Joh 7:24)

34. Stars falling to earth (Rev 6:13).
Could easily be taken symbolically or metaphorically, see also Rev 12:4. This passage has been taught by many christians to mean that the devil has seduced a third of the angels (stars) to rebellion.
Also stars could possibly be referring to meteorites.

35.Num_31:18  But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
Are you actually condemning God for sparing innocent children?  It was the daughters of Moab that seduced the Israelites to commit fornication by worshipping Bael peor, therefore it was God's righteous judgment to have Israel fight against them. Read Num 25 for context.

36. You use tp and flushable toilet, drink tap water, drive cars and ride in airplanes, take medicine, and watch tv. You use and depend on science everywhere else so why don't you believe scientist when they tell you evolution is true?
Tap water contains fluoride/chlorine (poison), Tv/Interet contain a lot of false information, I am anti pharmaceuticals. So yes I am not gullible enough to believe everything someone says just because they have a white lab coat or fancy title in front of their name.  (Jer 17:5, Prov 14:15).

37. Why doesn't God stop rapist?
Why doesn't God stop you every time that you are about to blaspheme, lie, or watch porn (whore-mongers/rapist). Why stop at rape, if God killed someone every time they were about to sin we wouldn't have a society of adults. (Mar 9:42, 2 Pet 3:9).

38. There are about 5000 gods worshipped by humanity, don't worry only yours is right.
Just because 9/10 kids got the wrong answer on a test it doesn't mean there is no right answer.
Thanks for saying the bible is true (Mat 7:13-14).

39. So let me get this straight a Jewish zombie can give me eternal life if I telepathically accept him as lord all because a talking snake convinced a rib woman to eat from a magical tree?
Jesus is not a Zombie (Act 2:31), God can know our thoughts since he made the mind, and see # 7 for the magic thing/ also the tree wasn't magical because it was made by God, magic is of the devil.

40. Jesus died for our sins, only he didn't stay dead, so what did he sacrifice really he gave up his weekend for our sins?
Ok, so why don't you go get flogged, beard hair plucked out, spit on, crown of thorns, nails hammered into your hands and feet, and hang on a cross then? If it's not such a big deal. (Isa 52:14).

41. Agnostic Atheists because I don't know is a more honest answer than talking snakes, flying horses, and other magic.
There are no Absolutes according to your worldview so why is honesty important? Thoughts are just chemicals bouncing around in your brain eliminating free will, laws of logic are not material so why do they exists? Why is lying bad according to your worldview? (1Cor 2:14).

42. Be nice Fundamentalism vs Secularism. Fundamentalism be nice or you won't get to heaven when you die and be separated from your mommy and daddy forever and you will burn in hell forever and not only that but you children and grandchildren will burn in pits of flames too. Secularism - be nice.
The last part of the fundamentalism is a lie based of a misinterpretation of Exo 20:5. 
Concerning Secularism's be nice, why? If evolution is true and their is no purpose to life's existence and their is no afterlife then why not enjoy yourself while your here and sleep with lot's of women, be a lazy lay about and watch tv/ play videogames all day? 

43. Atheism -  We are all atheists about most gods, I just believing in one less God than you, seriously that's all there is to it.
Everyone is a murderer when it comes down to it, you just killed one less person than me. Do you see the flaw in this logic. It doesn't work that way. 

44. "dumb Christian" I don't believe in evolution because there is no evidence for it. "Smart Athiest" there is an astonishing amount of evidence for it, for example fossils and DNA which can be seen in museums around the world. "dumb Christian" As I said there is no evidence for it.
Fossils and DNA support Creation not Evolution. I'll prove it. 
Nobody would say John loves Mary written in sand on the sea shore happened by chance and it's just a few words long yet DNA is millions if not billions of letters long of coherent information on how to make an animal or person, only a fool would say DNA came about by chance. Remember the evolutionist LIE of human and chimps share 98% DNA. Actually that 98% is of a subset of their dna but overall it's more like 70-80%, or something along those lines. Concerning fossils that circular reasoning to say they date the bones by the layers of dirt and the layers of dirt by the fossils. Also what about all those missing link hoaxes of half ape-half man. 

45. Religion is a phase a species goes through when it evolves enough intelligence to ask profound questions but not enough to answer them.
So evolution is a religion then. I'll prove it by your definition. Where did the matter from the big bang come from? Where did Consciousness come from? Where did DNA come from? Where did the laws of logic come from? Why is there uniformity In Nature? (1 Pet 3:15).

46. Mat 27:52  And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
Mat 27:53  And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
There are reported cases today of people coming back from the dead and/ or having near death experiences, what's your point? People rising from the dead is only illogical from your naturalistic worldview.

47. Hi I'm Jeffery Dahmer I raped, killed, dismembered and ate 17 young men then I met Jesus, see you in heaven.
You think that you are better than him? Let's find out. Do you support abortion, if so you are a murderer. Have you ever watched porn, then you support rape, prostitution, and human trafficking.
(Mat 5:28, Rom 1:32, 1John 3:15).

48. NIV Deut 22:28-29  If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, ²⁹ he shall pay her father fifty shekels^[a] of silver. He must marry the young woman, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives.
This is a mistranslation and this is why I read the KJV. This passage is more than likely talking about if a man seduces a woman, not rapes her.

49. "I was born a sinner too. My sin is mentioned in the bible 25 times. I tried to chance, but couldn't...Luckily society learned to accept us left-handed people." -Nicholas Ferroni
A simply lie, there is nothing in the bible that says being left handed is wrong in any way, go ahead and keyword search it, do not add to God's word or else you will be found a liar (Pro 30:6).

50. Exo 21:20  And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.
Exo 21:21  Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.
After reading a little bit of bible commentary on this difficult passage we can conclude some possible reasons for this law. 1. The wounds the servant received from the master may not be the cause of his death if he continued a day or two, therefore the master would not be worthy of death. 2. It would be against the master's best interest to destroy his own property therefore the master should be given the benefit of the doubt. 3. Need I remind the Atheist that they have no ground for moral absolutes and the bible actually prescribes consequences for mistreatment of servants, kidnapping, etc (Exo 21:16, Exodus 21:26-27, Deut 15:12-15, Deut 23:15-16).
