Should a Christian Be a Free Mason? (updated)


Today I am going to go over a few belief's and practices of the Freemason's in order to show the reasons why I believe Christian's should not join the lodge.



The first thing I will cover in this post is that you don't have to be a Christian in order to Join freemasonry. They teach as long as you believe in a god you can be a member and be saved, this is not biblical at all. In other words they don't believe Jesus is the only way to heaven  (Joh 3:36, Joh 14:6, Act 4:12).

The next thing that I have a problem with is that they give flattering titles to their members that are only reserved for God such as Worshipful Master, Illustrious Potentate, I am that I am
(Mat 23:10, 1Ti 6:15, Exo 3:14).

The Fez is named after Fez, Morocco. A city where Muslims massacred Christians, they would then dip their turbans in the Christians blood turning their hat red. The Fez's has a symbol of the crescent moon (Islam's symbol) and scimitar (Islam's weapon).

You must deny Christ just to join freemasonry. During initiation you must say something along the lines of "you are in darkness and need the light of the Freemasonry" (1Jn 1:6). They also recites grotesque blood oaths upon entering each  new level, God forbids this (Jas 5:12). They are also highly secretive which makes them all the more suspicious (Mat 10:27, Luk 12:3, John 3:20). 

If you do some research you will find out that the freemasons have these hand signals and signs that they will flash to show their true colors. One of which is the covering of one eye.
Pro_6:13  He winketh with his eyes, he speaketh with his feet, he teacheth with his fingers;
Pro_10:10  He that winketh with the eye causeth sorrow: but a prating fool shall fall.
Zec 11:17  Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened. 

The next thing we shall take a look at is the 17th degree of Scottish rite or knights of the east and west degree, in it they are given a "sacred" word called Abaddon. Why is that important? It's the name of the king of the locust that come from the bottomless pit (Rev 9:11). Their god combines the living God's name JAH with false gods names Bul and On; which is a rendering of the name Baal and Osiris (see fulfilled prophecy link below). We as Christians shouldn't be unequally yoked with idolaters (1Co 10:20, 2Co 6:14).

The G symbols stands for Generativity not God, the compass and square represent the male and female copulating, they are fertility symbols.

In conclusion we as Christians shouldn't be a part of Freemasonry because of the Titles, Oaths, and the lies that they teach. Instead we should witness to them and try to draw them out of this dangerous cult.
It is interesting that masons are builders to which I end on this note, 
Mat_21:42  Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
Mar_12:10  And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
Luk_20:17  And he beheld them, and said, What is this then that is written, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner?
