What is Gravitational Time Dilation?

Today I would like to make a brief posts describing a concept pertaining to the Evolution/Creation controversy. It's called gravitational time Dilation. So what is it?

There is a model stated by Dr. Russel Humphreys that has the earth located approximately at the center of the universe. This makes a fascinating situation concerning time and gravity on day four of creation week. Under this hypothesis we would have events way out there in space that would be going on very quickly when compared to our time here on earth. This is referred to as gravitational time dilation, which does not depend on the weight or force of gravity but the energy instead.

According to Dr. Humphreys, the big bang model wouldn't have this situation. Under this model we have time going slower near the center of gravity which is where we would be located. Measuring by clocks here the universe would be extremely young, even just six thousand years, however you would have the clocks way out there in space giving us billions of years. Suppose we were there on the fourth day of creation. Although seeming like your average day here on earth, we would have the universe appearing like a movie played in fast forward, This would have starlight coming at us very fast.  It's also very interesting to note that clocks do not tick at the same rate in various parts of the world.

So to conclude we see that this is just one example of how we might be able to explain the issue of distant starlight within the framework of the bible. Is this hypothesis true? I dunno, but it is very interesting to say the least.
