Three Choices

For Today's article I'm going to give those who don't believe in Jesus three options. From which they will have to decide on which they will believe. Of course they could just respond by saying Jesus never existed, but they will have to throw out a mountain of evidence in order to do so. For there is more evidence for his existence than virtually any other ancient historical figure. With that said. Let's list the options.

Mat 16:13  When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?

Mat 16:14  And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.

Mat 16:15  He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

Mat 16:16  And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Mat 16:17  And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

Jesus claimed to be the Son of God. Either he was...

1. lying
2.  crazy, or
3.Jesus was the Son of God.

Well when you look at his teachings and the attestation of the vast majority of the world who say that Jesus was a good man or a Prophet, is seems highly unlikely that Jesus was lying.

Was he crazy? Again when you look at Christ's teachings (especially the sermon on the mount) no reasonable person can conclude that they came from a mad man. Indeed, the bible is the best selling book in the world.

Joh 7:46  The officers answered, Never man spake like this man.

So if Jesus' wasn't lying or crazy then we've no choice but to believe that he was who he said he was.

Thanks for reading!!!
